This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! After a terrible experience with another rental, we booked this place last minute, and it completely saved our trip. The space was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and so comfortable. Mark was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The refrigerator malfunctioned and froze a bunch of our groceries and the air conditioner is broken, but Mark was responsive and sent people out right away. I highly recommend him.

A perfect place for a single person or a couple to stay for 3 or 4 days and enjoy Daytona Beach.  Everything is in walking distance. I was just passing through and needed a quick place to stay at the last minute.  I wish I had more time to spend there.

Mark’s beachfront condo in Daytona Shores exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and had stunning ocean views with the soothing sounds of the waves. The booking, check-in, and check-out processes were seamless, and Mark was very responsive, though everything was so well-organized that little communication was needed.

The building staff were polite and kept the property clean. The location is great—walking distance to mini golf, shopping, and a charming diner.

At high tide, the beach nearly disappears, with water reaching close to the seawall, likely due to recent erosion. However, outside of high tide, there’s plenty of space to enjoy the uncrowded beach.

Overall, my family and I had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

This place is newly renovated. Clean clean clean!  Bed is super comfy. Shower had great pressure and lots of hot water. Kitchen is so helpful to have!  Only recommendation should be to add a toaster oven. Other than that it had absolutely everything we needed!!  Great location. We have already rebooked. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay, clean, very responsive host!  had all the amenities I needed! Great location, conveniently located across the street from the beach with access to a grocery store within minutes of walking!  Also within walking distance of a cute little coffee place for breakfast and a nice Italian restaurant just a little farther down great for dinner also within walking distance!  If you’re looking for someplace, that’s convenient has everything you need within walking distance this would be the place to stay. I highly recommend this location!
